Key Roles and Responsibilities - Discuss with line managers to understand detailed requirements of supporting positions and management roles; - Efficiently use both internal and external recruitment channels to deliver tasks on time; - CV screening identify candidates for each position; - Arrange interviews with line managers by coordinating schedules; - Conduct first round interviews and provide assessment summary to line managers; - Discuss with line managers about the interview feedback and adjust the searching strategy if necessary; - Release offer letters and coordinate for candidate’s on board process; - Communicate with supervisor/manager for challenges or suggestions that will result in improvements of recruiting process; - Build talent pool of to support current and future hiring needs and potential growth opportunities. - Other tasks assigned by HRBP Qualifications -Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources Management or English will be a plus; - At least 2 year’s working experience in Recruitment function, candidates with related skill set in head-hunting agency are preferred; -Recruitment experience in Operation function or customer service function is preferred - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, proficiency in using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint; - Ability to communicate effectively with candidates at all levels; - Fast learner with a can-do attitude and strong team spirit, able to work under high pressure; - Optimistic, confident and self-motivated.
