职位描述

      Responsibilities · Co-lead/lead organization existing talent programs/projects to ensure expected talent output aligned with all teams. · Lead and monitor the logistics related to talent development process from selection, development to evaluation. Create approaches to collect data and evaluate/report out the results. · Help review and refine existing talent skill set model to both align with organization strategy and address business needs/changes. · Design and improve talent development career path and development learning resource curriculum (based on 10/20/70 principles) especially the on-the-job practice to ensure the strong connection between learning and job application. Design and lead sharing salon/round table panel to engage talents and collect feedback. · Stay close with business and involve in all the talent needs assessment and alignment with management team to understand business needs. · Collaborate across functions and teams to leverage resources to support learning program implementation · Help maintain related learning platforms (LMS)/content pages. Coordinate with vendors when/if needed. · Participate/involve in new and other learning programs design and implementation when needed (such as mentor-ship program) . Deliver learning design and facilitate live workshop/remote online learning events when needed. Requirements · 3+ years of experience in HR talent development and/or learning & development area with solid background of talent and/or learning program/curriculum design. · Basic knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles · Basic knowledge of talent development concepts, process and tools, competency model creation · Must be able to work closely across functions and also manage projects independently from analysis to implementation · Be able to facilitate sharing/information introduction sessions among leadership team · Agile to respond to client’s requests by making quick decisions/actions · Sensitivity to business needs and trends, conceptualized of the rough data to the biz insights · Excellent English written and verbal communication and presentation skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) · High team spirit with strong collaboration & influencing · Preferred oversea experience · Extra plus if being certified with ATD or other learning design certificates
