You acknowledge and agree that in order to use the AlipayHK Wallet, you need to consent to the Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement pursuant to Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”) in relation to Alipay Wallet (Hong Kong)

You acknowledge and agree that in order to download and use the AlipayHK App, you need to consent to the Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement pursuant to Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) (“Ordinance”) in relation to AlipayHK Mobile App

You further acknowledge and agree that if you wish to use the Alipay China wallet, you need to read and consent to the service agreements for the Alipay China and its client application, as well as the Alipay China Privacy Policy. If you wish to use Taobao services, you need to read and consent to Taobao’s Legal Notice& Privacy Policy.
