以win7 x64环境默认路径为例
英文启动如下：
"C:\Program Files (x86)\vmware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\VpxClient.exe" -locale en_US
中文启动如下：
"C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\VpxClient.exe" -locale zh_CN
