Iwonderedifmysweetenerwouldhelpmeloseweightbecauseitwasn’tofficiallysugar – itwasasugarsubstituteanddidn’thaveanycalories.
Sweetenersarelow-caloriesubstitutesforsugar – andmanyofthemarenotunsafenorhazardoustoourhealthinthetypicalamountsyouwoulduse.
